Agaricus Blazei - Royal Sun Agaricus, Blazei (Organic)

History:
Agaricus was found growing in the mountains of Brazil, where it was consumed by natives for its health benefits.  Spore samples were eventually sent to Japan for studies.  The mushroom was harder to cultivate than most, due to its natural growing conditions, but scientists persevered and began publishing all the incredible benefits of “The Sun Mushroom.”

Mushroom Harvest's mushroom powders are organically grown in a manner exceeding organic standards to provide the highest quality product possible. They are rich in 1,3 β-D and 1,6 β-D glucans, glycoproteins, arabinoxylans, triterpenes, essential sugars and antioxidants. The mushrooms and mycelium are grown on a certified organic substrate and then processed according to GMP’s and HACCP procedures. The mushrooms and mycelium are dried to a moisture level below 8% and are ground to a fine powder with particles sizes less than 300 microns. They are then activated through a steam process to make the constituents readily bio-available for maximum potency. Each lot is sent to analytical labs for microbial and moisture testing before being cleared for shipping.
