Interested in purchasing wholesale products from Phytoextractum?

Phytoextractum is now offering a small wholesale product selection to qualified businesses and buyers.  If you are new to our store, please complete the form below, making sure to supply as much info as possible.

Noted fields are required in order to qualify for wholesale approval.  Please make sure that you are including your Company Name or DBA, your Tax ID (SSN or EIN), plus your business or contact phone.  Wholesale applications missing this required information will not be processed.  

Once submitted, we will reply to your registration typically within 72 hours of submittal.  Please note that all payments for wholesale products must be made by way of Bank Wire, Cashier's Check, or Bitcoin.  No credit cards, personal checks, or CODs are accepted for wholesale orders.
