Turnera diffusa, also known as Damiana, belongs to the family Passifloraceae (which includes 530 other "passion" plants). Damiana is a small, flowering shrub which grows in the southwestern United States, Mexico, and South America. It is known for it's lovely and extremely aromatic flowers. Damiana is an ethnobotanical plant with a rich and diverse history.
