Shipping & Returns

Our return policy differs on items per category:

  • On plant material, plant extracts, plant oils, and seeds; we ask that the customer contact us within at least five (5) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. 
  • On live plants and cactus, we ask that the customer contact us within at least three (3) days of receipt of product in order to quality for refund or exchange.

Phytoextractum.com does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.)  All orders are thoroughly inspected at Phytoextractum.com and adequately packed before shipment. 

Phytoextractum.com does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer.  Phytoextractum does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. 

All return requests (including those for live plants) are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in order for the customer to qualify for refund or exchange.  Phytoextractum reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds or exchanges on products knowingly having been misused by the customer.  Please read through our Terms and Conditions before making your purchase and/or before contacting us regarding a possible return or exchange.
